Liberation!

I found this quote from Kate Winslet yesterday, while riding the stationary bike and reading Mindfood Magazine at the gym - always multi-tasking and always striving unsuccessfully for perfection. It has resonated with me and I feel strangely liberated now that Kate has let us all off the 'Perfection' hook.
