SHIPPING & DELIVERY

After placing your order you will receive confirmation and a tracking number by email. Your package will be delivered by Aramex. Please note we cannot deliver to PO Box numbers.

All orders will be processed and ready to be sent within 24 hours of the order being placed. If your order is placed during a weekend or public holiday, we will process within 24 hours of the first working day.

Freight to Australia is sent Track & Trace with NZ Post, Delivery time frames are dependent on your location. Please be advised that every country has different customs laws and your product may incur other charges whilst in transit. Goodness is NOT responsible for these charges.

New Zealand  - Orders $200 and over FREE, $199 and below $9 flat rate, allow 1-3 days, rural deliveries may take longer

Australia - $35

allow 3-7 days

The stock at Goodness comes from many designers and from all over the world, sizes and styles are limited and sizes may vary also. We will do our best to give you the correct idea of sizing and if the items are still available.

Because we are also a physical store as well as an online shop, the shopper in our physical store could be buying the product at the same time as you. So there is a possibility that you might try to buy an item or size from Goodness online that is no longer available. If this happens we apologise in advance and will gladly refund you the full amount asap.
