Exchanges & Returns

If you wish to exchange or return your order, we are happy to exchange any item purchased online (unless stated otherwise e.g sale items). However, the following conditions apply:

  • You must notify info@goodness.co.nz of your intention to exchange within 7 days.
  • You must send goods back to us via a traceable method.
  • You must cover the return shipping costs.
  • Goodness do not take responsibility for any items lost or damaged in the process of returning to us so please ensure a traceable method of shipping is used to protect yourself.
  • Goodness will raise a credit, refund or exchange the item for another item only once the garment has been returned and accepted.
  • All items must be in the condition that they were shipped, un-used and with all original tags receipts and packaging.

Please choose carefully when purchasing sale items, as no credits, refunds or exchanges will be made on sale goods.

How to Exchange/Return:

Returned items are at your own cost via a track and trace method. If you wish to exchange/return please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@goodness.co.nz to let us know you are returning items.
  2. Complete the return form enclosed with your order and include with your return items.
  3. Send the items to us via a traceable method, e.g. track and trace courier.
  4. After accepting the item, Goodness will raise a credit, exchange or refund you.

Please ensure you have read and met the above conditions before requesting an exchange/return.
