Getting Ready for WOW

The World of WearableArt is back in town and we're delighted to see her back.

The World of WearableArt Show, otherwise known as WOW, is a world-class theatrical extravaganza seen by over 60,000 people over three weeks in Wellington. The stage comes alive with incredible works of wearable art, dancers, aerialists, captivating music, and moments that will take your breath away.

Already we're seeing visitors from all around the country arriving in town for the first WOW shows and they're very welcome, dining, shopping and looking at the sights around the city.

The thing about WOW shoppers is that they're in Wellington to dress up, to have a heap of fun and to enjoy all the experiences they can cram into their stay. That's a bit different from your usual visitor or business traveller and you can feel their excitement from the moment they arrive til the moment they leave.

So, what to wear to the World of Wearable Art? The great thing about the show is that it's totally open to your own interpretation as to what you wear - it's all about how you wear it! Some guests dress like they're going to the Met Ball, others like they're headed to a cocktail party, but any style is acceptable.

The key thing is, to put the effort in! Show your style. Think about the details. And if you do that, you won't be disappointed on the night. If you drop in to Goodness College Street or Goodness Petone, our team will be able to help with the extra details, or a full outfit if that's what you need.

Goodness is offering a special WOW discount for ticket holders, so make sure you bring your ticket and show it to our staff to claim your 15% discount.

So, enjoy your visit to Wellington, make sure you drop in on us at College Street, or Jackson Street, and enjoy your WOW discount. We can't wait to see you!
