College Street Takes a Walk
If you're out and about in the Wellington CBD recently you may have spotted some of the posters from out new College Street campaign.
Goodness got together with some of our favourite neighbours, CHOP, Smack Bang, Moore Wilson's, Kowtow and Magnolia (all amazing brands!) to celebrate the amazing diversity of products and experiences you can find in College Street, whether it's fashion, hairdressing, fresh produce, homewares, textiles, gifts, doggy treats or sustainable clothing and so much more!
College Street is unique in the Wellington CBD - located in Te Aro on the city fringe, it's easier to get to, easier to park, and all those great goodies are in easy walking distance. And that's not even taking into account the iconic L'Affare cafe on College, and Prefab Eatery just around the corner in Jesse Street. Whatever you're after, it's all right there at College Street.
Moore Wilson's is an essential hub for the street - it's one of the few family-owned, independent food markets in New Zealand that aren't part of the 'duopoly'. With their own parking, daily squeezed orange juice, fresh caught fish and the best avocados anywhere, Moore Wilson's is a much-loved mainstay for Wellington foodies.
Since Goodness boutique came to College Street with it's unique blend of women's fashion, other brands have come and gone, but the traders there now are the best we've seen. So, to re-fresh your personal style, you can: dress yourself head to toe at Goodness - Wellington's best fashion boutique, get that perfect colour and cut at top Wellington CHOP, one of the best hair salons in the country, and get your cosmetic treatments at Lift Aesthetics.
Or if it's homewares you're after, there's Shut the Front Door, Orient and Magnolia to choose from. Or Moore Wilson's for anything related to the kitchen!
And don't forget your furry friends - if you have a four-legged family member in your home, they'll love Smack Bang - an outstanding pet boutique that has everything you'll need or want!
So, look out for the poster campaign and make sure you drop in to see us on College Street and enjoy the delights on offer on our beloved street.
